What this product does

PEPperwork helps Florida FTC-PEP parents organize reimbursement documentation, prepare receipt-correction requests they review and send themselves, and prepare files for manual upload. It does not access EMA, collect EMA credentials, submit reimbursements, contact businesses on your behalf, determine eligibility, or guarantee approval.

Shopping Assistant provides cautious product guidance before purchase based on product facts you provide or metadata extracted from a product page. It is not a purchase approval, legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for SFO review.

Free and paid access

Free costs $0 and includes one guest Shopping Assistant check, up to 3 checks each month after creating a free account, and one complete reimbursement preparation. Receipt help is available where the current Free experience indicates.

Family subscriptions are currently available: Family Monthly at $14.99/month, Family Annual at $119/year, and Founding Family Annual at $99/year for the first 100 continuously active subscriptions. Founding Family Annual is a capacity-limited promotional subscription, not lifetime access. Founding families retain the $99 annual price while their subscription remains active. Subscription access continues while the subscription is active, trialing, past due, or within a valid cancel-at-period-end access window.

Legacy purchasers of the original one-time Founding Family Pass retain the reimbursement-preparation access promised with that purchase. It remains separate from current Family subscriptions.

Accounts and entitlements

Magic-link sign-in and paid entitlement status are stored on the server. Receipt images and reimbursement documents remain on your device and are not uploaded for storage. Shopping list, child, budget, and claim-token features store the account metadata needed to provide those features.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying current scholarship requirements with your scholarship-funding organization, keeping originals, and uploading files yourself in EMA or the official portal. Never enter EMA credentials into this product.
