Terms of use

Last updated August 1, 2026. These terms cover the free preparation tool and the Founding Family Pass ($29).

What this product does

PEPperwork helps Florida FTC-PEP parents organize reimbursement documentation, prepare receipt-correction requests they review and send themselves, and prepare files for manual upload. It does not access EMA, collect EMA credentials, submit reimbursements, contact businesses on your behalf, determine eligibility, or guarantee approval.

Free and paid access

Free includes one complete ReadyCheck, one Receipt Rescue Fix Request, and one complete reimbursement preparation with clean individual document downloads and a submission summary. The Founding Family Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited ReadyChecks and Fix Requests, verified business contact lookup when configured, OCR when available, ZIP export, reimbursement tracking, CSV export, and calendar export.

Founding-access improvements are limited to refinements of those listed capabilities, bug fixes, and security updates during the period you continue using this product under the Founding Family Pass. New products or paid add-ons may be offered separately later.

Accounts and entitlements

When authentication is enabled, magic-link sign-in and paid entitlement status are stored on the server. Receipt images and reimbursement documents remain on your device and are not uploaded for storage.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying current scholarship requirements with your scholarship-funding organization, keeping originals, and uploading files yourself in EMA or the official portal. Never enter EMA credentials into this product.

Refunds
